Creamy Avocado and Turkey Wraps

Ingredients
Yields 4 servings
- (1) large avocado
- (4) whole wheat tortillas
- (8 oz) sliced turkey breast
- (1) medium tomato, sliced
- (1) small cucumber, thinly sliced
- (1/2 cups) shredded lettuce
- (1/4 cups) mayonnaise
- (1 tbsp) lime juice
- (1/4 tsp) garlic powder
- (1/4 tsp) salt
- (1/4 tsp) black pepper

In a small bowl, mash the (1) avocado with a fork until smooth.

Add (1/4 cup) mayonnaise, (1 tbsp) lime juice, (1/4 tsp) garlic powder, (1/4 tsp) salt, and (1/4 tsp) black pepper to the mashed avocado. Mix well until creamy.

On each of the (4) whole wheat tortillas, spread an equal amount of the creamy avocado mixture.

Layer (2 oz) sliced turkey breast on top of the avocado spread for each tortilla.

Add (2 slices) tomato, (2 slices) cucumber, and (1/4 cup) shredded lettuce to each tortilla.

Roll tightly to enclose the filling, folding in the sides as you go to create a wrap.
