  • (1/2) lime, juiced
  • (4 slices) of whole grain bread
  • (1/4 tsp) salt
  • (1/4 tsp) black pepper
  • (2) medium tomatoes, sliced
  • (1 tbsp) olive oil
  • (1 tbsp) fresh basil, chopped (optional)
  • (1/2 tsp) red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

    Start by mashing the (2) ripe avocados in a bowl.

    Add the (1 /2) lime juice, (1/4 tsp) salt, and (1/4 tsp) black pepper to the mashed avocados. Mix until well combined.
