- (4 slices) of whole grain bread
- (1/4 tsp) salt
- (1/4 tsp) black pepper
- (2) medium tomatoes, sliced
- (1 tbsp) olive oil
- (1 tbsp) fresh basil, chopped (optional)
- (1/2 tsp) red pepper flakes (optional)
