Ingredients
Yields 12 cookies
- (1 cup) Cool Whip
- (1 cup) all-purpose flour
- (1/2 cups) powdered sugar
- (1/2 cups) granulated sugar
- (1/2 teaspoons) vanilla extract
- (1/2 teaspoons) baking powder
- (1/4 teaspoons) salt
- (1/2 cups) chocolate chips (optional)

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175 °C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup Cool Whip, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

In another bowl, whisk together 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. If using, fold in 1/2 cup chocolate chips.

Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
