  • (4 cups) shredded green cabbage
  • (1 cup) shredded carrots
  • (1/2 cups) mayonnaise
  • (2 tablespoons) apple cider vinegar
  • (1 tablespoon) sugar
  • (1/2 teaspoons) salt
  • (1/4 teaspoons) black pepper
  • (1/4 teaspoons) celery seed

Instructions

    In a large bowl, combine 4 cups of shredded green cabbage and 1 cup of shredded carrots.

    In a separate bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon of celery seed until smooth.

    Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots, and toss until well coated.
