  • (1/2 cups) walnuts, chopped
  • (1/4 cups) pumpkin seeds
  • (1/4 cups) sunflower seeds

  • (1/4 cups) coconut oil, melted
  • (1 teaspoon) vanilla extract
  • (1/2 teaspoons) salt
  • (1 teaspoon) cinnamon
  • (1 cup) mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

    In a separate bowl, mix together 1/2 cup honey, 1/4 cup melted coconut oil, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon until well combined.
