- (1/4 cups) sunflower seeds

- (1/2 teaspoons) salt
- (1 teaspoon) cinnamon
- (1 cup) mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups rolled oats, 1/2 cup sliced almonds, 1/2 cup walnuts (chopped), 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds, and 1/4 cup sunflower seeds. Add 2/4 teaspoon salt.

In a separate bowl, mix together 1/2 cup honey, 1/4 cup melted coconut oil, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon until well combined.
