  • (2 cups) cooked chicken, shredded
  • (1/2 cups) mayonnaise
  • (1 tablespoon) Dijon mustard
  • (1/4 cups) celery, finely chopped
  • (1/4 cups) red onion, finely chopped
  • (1/2 cups) grapes, halved
  • (1/4 cups) walnuts, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • (4) large lettuce leaves
  • (4) whole wheat tortillas
  • (1/2 cups) bell pepper, sliced
  • (1/2 cups) cucumber, sliced

Instructions

    In a large bowl, combine 2 cups shredded cooked chicken, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, and 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard.

    Add 1/4 cup finely chopped celery, 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion, 1/2 cup halved grapes, and 1/4 cup chopped walnuts to the bowl.

    Lay the 4 whole wheat tortillas flat on a clean surface.
