  • (1/2 cups) celery, diced
  • (1/2 cups) red grapes, halved
  • (1/4 cups) walnuts, chopped
  • (8 slices) whole grain bread
  • (4 cups) mixed greens (lettuce, spinach, arugula)

    In a large bowl, combine 2 cups shredded cooked chicken, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, and 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. Mix well until combined. Add 2/4 teaspoon garlic powder and 2/4 teaspoon onion powder.
