Classic Chicken and Rice Casserole

- (2 cups) cooked chicken, shredded
- (1 can) (10 2/4 oz) cream of chicken soup
- (1 cup) chicken broth
- (1 cup) frozen mixed vegetables
- (1 cup) shredded cheddar cheese
- (1/2 teaspoons) garlic powder
- (1/2 teaspoons) onion powder
- (1/2 teaspoons) black pepper
- (1/2 teaspoons) salt
- (1 tablespoon) olive oil

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175 °C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups cooked white rice, 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded), 1 can (10 1/2 oz) cream of chicken soup, and 1 cup chicken broth.

Add 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon salt to the bowl. Mix until well combined.

Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with 1 tablespoon olive oil.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Sprinkle 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the casserole.
