Ingredients
Yields 4 servings
- (1 pound) ground beef
- (1/2 teaspoons) salt
- (1/4 teaspoons) black pepper
- (1/2 teaspoons) garlic powder
- (1/2 teaspoons) onion powder
- (8) slider buns
- (4 slices) cheddar cheese
- (1/2 cups) lettuce, shredded
- (1/2 cups) tomato, diced
- (1/4 cups) pickles, sliced
- (1/4 cups) ketchup
- (1/4 cups) mustard
- (1/4 cups) mayonnaise
Instructions
- 1
Preheat your grill or stovetop skillet over medium-high heat.
- 2
In a mixing bowl, combine 1 pound ground beef, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. Mix until just combined. Add 2/4 teaspoon salt, 2/4 teaspoon garlic powder, and 2/4 teaspoon onion powder.
- 3
Divide the beef mixture into 8 equal portions and shape them into small patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
- 4
Place the patties on the grill or skillet, cooking for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- 5
During the last minute of cooking, place 1/2 slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
- 6
While the patties are cooking, prepare the toppings: wash and shred 1/2 cup lettuce, dice 1/2 cup tomato, and slice 1/4 cup pickles.
- 7
To assemble the sliders, place each cheeseburger patty on a slider bun and set up a toppings bar with the prepared lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise.
