In a large bowl, whisk together 6 large eggs, 1 cup milk, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon onion powder until well combined. Add 2/4 teaspoon black pepper, 2/4 teaspoon garlic powder, and 2/4 teaspoon onion powder.

Add 1 cup diced cooked ham, 1 cup chopped fresh asparagus, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, and 1 cup cubed bread to the egg mixture. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
