- (8 slices) bacon
- (8 slices) bread
- (1) large tomato
- (1/2 cups) lettuce leaves
- (1/4 cups) mayonnaise
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Cook 8 slices of bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Remove bacon and drain on paper towels.

While the bacon cooks, toast 8 slices of bread in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown.

Slice 1 large tomato into thin slices and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Spread 1/4 cup mayonnaise evenly on one side of each slice of toasted bread.

On 4 slices of bread, layer 1/2 cup lettuce leaves, followed by the sliced tomatoes, and then the crispy bacon.
