Chocolate Pudding Cake

- (1 cup) boiling water
- (1/2 cups) semi-sweet chocolate chips

In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 cup granulated sugar, 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 tsp baking powder, and 1/2 tsp salt. Mix well.

Add 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup vegetable oil, and 1 tsp vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
