- (2 tbsp) olive oil
- (2 tbsp) lime juice
- (1 tbsp) chili powder
- (1 tsp) cumin
- (1 tsp) garlic powder
- (1/2 tsp) salt
- (1/4 tsp) black pepper
- (8) small corn tortillas
- (1) avocado
- (1/2 cups) diced tomatoes
- (1/4 cups) diced red onion
- (1/4 cups) chopped cilantro
- (1 tbsp) lime juice (for salsa)
- (1/2 tsp) salt (for salsa)

In a bowl, combine 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp lime juice, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper to create a marinade.

Add 1 lb chicken breast to the marinade and let it sit for 30 minutes.

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into strips.

While the chicken is resting, prepare the avocado salsa by mashing 1 avocado in a bowl.

Add 1/2 cup diced tomatoes, 1/4 cup diced red onion, 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, 1 tbsp lime juice, and 1/2 tsp salt to the mashed avocado and mix well.

Warm the 8 small corn tortillas on the grill or in a skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
