- (1 teaspoon) paprika

- (1) medium onion, finely chopped
- (3 cloves) garlic, minced
- (1) inch ginger, grated
- (1 can) (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
- (1 cup) heavy cream
- (1 tablespoon) fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

In a bowl, combine 1 cup plain yogurt, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 teaspoons garam masala, 1 teaspoon ground cumin, 1 teaspoon ground coriander, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon paprika, and 1 teaspoon salt. Mix well.

Add 1 lb chicken breast pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil over medium heat. Add 1 medium onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
