  • (2 cups) cooked chicken, shredded
  • (1 cup) celery, diced
  • (1 cup) red grapes, halved
  • (1/2 cups) mayonnaise
  • (1/4 cups) plain yogurt
  • (1 tablespoon) Dijon mustard
  • (1 tablespoon) lemon juice
  • (1/2 teaspoons) salt
  • (1/4 teaspoons) black pepper
  • (1/4 cups) almonds, sliced
  • (4 cups) mixed greens (for serving)

Instructions

    In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of shredded cooked chicken, 1 cup of diced celery, and 1 cup of halved red grapes.
