Cheesy Broccoli Chicken Rice Bowl

- (1 lb) chicken breast, diced
- (2 cups) broccoli florets
- (1 cup) shredded cheddar cheese
- (1/2 cups) chicken broth
- (1/4 cups) milk
- (2 tablespoons) olive oil
- (1 teaspoon) garlic powder
- (1 teaspoon) onion powder
- (1/2 teaspoons) salt
- (1/4 teaspoons) black pepper

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.

Add 1 lb diced chicken breast to the skillet and season with 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Cook for 7-10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.

Add 2 cups broccoli florets to the skillet and pour in 1/2 cup chicken broth. Cover and steam for 5 minutes until the broccoli is tender.

Stir in 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese and 1/4 cup milk into the chicken and broccoli mixture. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and creamy.
