- (2 cups) cooked chicken, shredded

- (1 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese
- (2 cups) milk
- (1/4 cups) all-purpose flour
- (1/4 cups) butter
- (1/2 teaspoons) garlic powder
- (1/2 teaspoons) onion powder
- (1/2 teaspoons) salt
- (1/4 teaspoons) black pepper
- (1/4 teaspoons) paprika
- (1/2 cups) breadcrumbs

Cook 8 oz penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.

In a large pot, melt 1/4 cup butter over medium heat. Stir in 1/4 cup all-purpose flour and cook for 1 minute to form a roux.

Gradually whisk in 2 cups milk until smooth and thickened, about 5 minutes.

Add 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon paprika to the sauce. Stir well.

Remove the pot from heat and mix in 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese and 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth.
