- (1 teaspoon) salt
- (1/2 teaspoons) black pepper
- (2 tablespoons) olive oil
- (2 cups) cherry tomatoes, halved
- (8 ounces) fresh mozzarella, cubed
- (1/2 cups) fresh basil leaves
- (1/4 cups) balsamic glaze

Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Season 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts with 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper on both sides.
