  • (4) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • (1 teaspoon) salt
  • (1/2 teaspoons) black pepper
  • (2 tablespoons) olive oil
  • (2 cups) cherry tomatoes, halved
  • (8 ounces) fresh mozzarella, cubed
  • (1/2 cups) fresh basil leaves
  • (1/4 cups) balsamic glaze

    Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

    Season 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts with 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper on both sides.
