- (1 lb) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- (1/2 cups) BBQ sauce
- (4) flatbreads
- (1 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese
- (1/2 cups) red onion, thinly sliced
- (1/2 cups) fresh cilantro, chopped
- (1/2 cups) corn kernels (canned or frozen)
- (1 tablespoon) olive oil
- (1/2 teaspoons) salt
- (1/4 teaspoons) black pepper

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200 °C).

In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup BBQ sauce with the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated.

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the coated chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).
