BBQ Chicken and Vegetables

- (4) chicken breasts
- (1/2 cups) BBQ sauce
- (1) red bell pepper
- (1) yellow bell pepper
- (1) zucchini
- (1) red onion
- (2 tablespoons) olive oil
- (1 teaspoon) garlic powder
- (1 teaspoon) onion powder
- (1 teaspoon) salt
- (1/2 teaspoons) black pepper

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup BBQ sauce with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Set aside.

Season the chicken breasts with 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.

Brush the BBQ sauce mixture over both sides of the chicken breasts.

Cut the red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, zucchini, and red onion into bite-sized pieces.

In a large bowl, toss the vegetables with 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.

Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75 °C).

Add the vegetables to the grill during the last 10 minutes of cooking, turning occasionally until they are tender and slightly charred.
