Banana Bread

- (1/4 cups) melted butter
- (1 teaspoon) baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- (3/4 cups) sugar
- (1) large egg, beaten
- (1 teaspoon) vanilla extract
- (1 cup) all-purpose flour

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175 °C).

In a mixing bowl, combine 3 ripe bananas (mashed) and 1/3 cup melted butter. Mix until well combined.

Add 1 teaspoon baking soda and a pinch of salt to the banana mixture, stirring to combine.

Stir in 3/4 cup sugar until fully incorporated.

Add 1 large egg (beaten) and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
