  • (4) salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • (2 tablespoons) olive oil
  • (1 teaspoon) garlic powder
  • (1 teaspoon) onion powder
  • (1 teaspoon) dried thyme
  • (1 teaspoon) dried rosemary
  • (1 teaspoon) salt
  • (1/2 teaspoons) black pepper
  • (1) lemon (sliced)
  • (1 tablespoon) fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 400°F (200 °C).

    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

    In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon dried thyme, 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.

    Place the 4 salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down.

    Brush the olive oil mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.

    Arrange lemon slices on top of the salmon fillets.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
