- (2) ripe avocados

- (1/4 cups) cherry tomatoes, halved
- (2 tablespoons) fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

While the bread is toasting, cut 2 ripe avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
