  • (4 slices) whole grain bread
  • (2) ripe avocados
  • (1 tablespoon) lemon juice
  • (1/2 teaspoons) salt
  • (1/4 teaspoons) black pepper
  • (1/4 teaspoons) red pepper flakes
  • (1/4 cups) cherry tomatoes, halved
  • (2 tablespoons) fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
