- (2) cooked chicken breasts, shredded
- (1) ripe avocado, mashed
- (1/4 cups) plain Greek yogurt
- (2 tbsp) fresh lime juice
- (1/4 cups) diced red onion
- (1/4 cups) chopped fresh cilantro
- (1/2 tsp) garlic powder
- (1/2 tsp) salt
- (1/4 tsp) black pepper
- (8) large romaine lettuce leaves
- (1/2) red bell pepper, diced (optional)
- (1/4 cups) chopped walnuts (optional)

In a large bowl, combine the (2) shredded chicken breasts and (1) mashed avocado.

Add (1/4 cup) plain Greek yogurt and (2 tbsp) fresh lime juice to the mixture.

Stir in (1/4 cup) diced red onion, (1/4 cup) chopped fresh cilantro, (1/2 tsp) garlic powder, (1/2 tsp) salt, and (1/4 tsp) black pepper. Mix well until combined.

Prepare the (8) large romaine lettuce leaves by rinsing them and patting them dry.
