  • (2) cooked chicken breasts, shredded
  • (1) ripe avocado, mashed
  • (1/4 cups) plain Greek yogurt
  • (2 tbsp) fresh lime juice
  • (1/4 cups) diced red onion
  • (1/4 cups) chopped fresh cilantro
  • (1/2 tsp) garlic powder
  • (1/2 tsp) salt
  • (1/4 tsp) black pepper
  • (8) large romaine lettuce leaves
  • (1/2) red bell pepper, diced (optional)
  • (1/4 cups) chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

    In a large bowl, combine the (2) shredded chicken breasts and (1) mashed avocado.

    Add (1/4 cup) plain Greek yogurt and (2 tbsp) fresh lime juice to the mixture.

    Stir in (1/4 cup) diced red onion, (1/4 cup) chopped fresh cilantro, (1/2 tsp) garlic powder, (1/2 tsp) salt, and (1/4 tsp) black pepper. Mix well until combined.
