Ingredients

- (2) ripe avocados
- (4) medium tomatoes
- (1/2) red onion
- (1/4 cups) fresh cilantro
- (2) limes
- (1/4 teaspoons) salt
- (1/4 teaspoons) black pepper
- (1/4 teaspoons) cumin
- (1/4 cups) feta cheese (optional)

Cut 2 ripe avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Dice the avocado into bite-sized pieces.

Chop 4 medium tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and add them to the bowl with the avocado.

Finely chop 1/2 red onion and add it to the bowl.

Roughly chop 1/4 cup fresh cilantro and mix it into the salad.

Juice 2 limes and pour the juice over the salad mixture.
