- (1/2 cups) diced tomatoes
- (1/2 cups) shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- (1 tablespoon) olive oil
- (1/2 teaspoons) garlic powder
Instructions
- 1
In a large bowl, whisk together 6 large eggs, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper until well combined. Add 2/4 teaspoon salt and 2/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
- 2
Add 1/2 cup diced bell pepper, 1/2 cup diced onion, 1/2 cup chopped spinach, 1/2 cup diced tomatoes, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1 tablespoon olive oil to the egg mixture. Stir to combine all ingredients evenly.

Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160 °C) for about 5 minutes.
- 4
Lightly grease a 7-inch round baking dish that fits in your air fryer with cooking spray or a little olive oil.

Pour the egg and vegetable mixture into the greased baking dish, then sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded cheese evenly on top.
- 6
Carefully place the baking dish in the preheated air fryer basket and cook at 320°F (160 °C) for 20-25 minutes, or until the frittata is set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- 7
Once cooked, remove the frittata from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing into wedges.
