- (1 cup) fresh spinach, chopped
- (1/2 cups) feta cheese, crumbled
- (1/4 cups) cream cheese, softened
- (1 egg) , beaten
- (1/4 teaspoons) garlic powder
- (1/4 teaspoons) black pepper
- (1 tablespoon) olive oil
- (1 tablespoon) fresh dill, chopped (optional)

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190 °C).

In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup fresh spinach, 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese, 1/4 cup softened cream cheese, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (if using). Mix well until combined.

Roll out the 1 sheet of puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 4 equal squares.

Place about 2 tablespoons of the spinach and feta mixture in the center of each puff pastry square.

Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling to create a pocket and pinch the edges to seal. Brush the tops with 1 beaten egg.

Lightly brush the air fryer basket with 1 tablespoon of olive oil to prevent sticking.

Place the filled pastries in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching. You may need to do this in batches.
