- (2) large eggs
- (1 tsp) garlic powder
- (1 tsp) onion powder
- (1 tsp) paprika
- (1/2 tsp) salt
- (1/4 tsp) black pepper
- (4) large tortillas
- (1 cup) lettuce, shredded
- (1 cup) cherry tomatoes, halved
- (1/2) cucumber, sliced
- (1/4 cups) ranch dressing
- (1/4 cups) shredded cheese (optional)

In a bowl, combine 1 cup breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Add 2/4 tsp salt.

Dip each chicken strip (1 lb) first in the egg, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200 °C) for about 5 minutes.

Place the coated chicken strips in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
