Air Fryer Cinnamon Roll Casserole

Ingredients
Yields 8 rolls
- (2 cans) (8 oz each) refrigerated cinnamon rolls
- (1/2 cups) milk
- (2) large eggs
- (1/4 cups) granulated sugar
- (1 teaspoon) vanilla extract
- (1 teaspoon) ground cinnamon
- (1/4 teaspoons) salt
- (1/2 cups) chopped pecans (optional)
- (1/2 cups) maple syrup for serving

Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160 °C).

In a large bowl, open the 2 cans of refrigerated cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into quarters.

In another bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup milk, 2 large eggs, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon salt until well combined.

Add the quartered cinnamon rolls to the egg mixture and gently fold until all pieces are coated.

If using, stir in 1/2 cup chopped pecans for added crunch.

Grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray and pour the cinnamon roll mixture into the basket, spreading it evenly.
