Ingredients

Servings4

Yields 8 rolls

  • (2 cans) (8 oz each) refrigerated cinnamon rolls
  • (1/2 cups) milk
  • (2) large eggs
  • (1/4 cups) granulated sugar
  • (1 teaspoon) vanilla extract
  • (1 teaspoon) ground cinnamon
  • (1/4 teaspoons) salt
  • (1/2 cups) chopped pecans (optional)
  • (1/2 cups) maple syrup for serving

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160 °C).

  2. 2

In a large bowl, open the 2 cans of refrigerated cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into quarters.

  3. 3

In another bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup milk, 2 large eggs, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon salt until well combined.

  4. 4

Add the quartered cinnamon rolls to the egg mixture and gently fold until all pieces are coated.

  5. 5

If using, stir in 1/2 cup chopped pecans for added crunch.

  6. 6

Grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray and pour the cinnamon roll mixture into the basket, spreading it evenly.

  7. 7

Cook in the air fryer for 15-18 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.

  8. 8

Once cooked, remove the casserole from the air fryer and let it cool for about 5 minutes before serving.

  9. 9

Drizzle with maple syrup before serving.
