- (1 lb) chicken breast, sliced into strips
- (1) red bell pepper, sliced
- (1) green bell pepper, sliced
- (1) yellow bell pepper, sliced
- (1) medium onion, sliced
- (3 tbsp) olive oil
- (2 tsp) chili powder
- (1 tsp) cumin
- (1 tsp) garlic powder
- (1 tsp) onion powder
- (1/2 tsp) salt
- (1/2 tsp) black pepper
- (8) small flour tortillas
- (1/4 cups) fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

In a large bowl, combine 1 lb sliced chicken breast, 1 sliced red bell pepper, 1 sliced green bell pepper, 1 sliced yellow bell pepper, and 1 sliced medium onion.

In a small bowl, mix together 3 tbsp olive oil, 2 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp black pepper.

Pour the spice mixture over the chicken and vegetables, and toss until everything is evenly coated.

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200 °C) for about 5 minutes.

Place the chicken and vegetable mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on your air fryer size.

Cook in the air fryer at 400°F (200 °C) for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.

Warm the 8 small flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds until pliable.
