  • (1) red bell pepper, sliced
  • (1) green bell pepper, sliced
  • (1) yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • (1) medium onion, sliced
  • (3 tbsp) olive oil
  • (2 tsp) chili powder
  • (1 tsp) cumin
  • (1 tsp) garlic powder
  • (1 tsp) onion powder
  • (1/2 tsp) salt
  • (1/2 tsp) black pepper
  • (8) small flour tortillas
  • (1/4 cups) fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

    In a large bowl, combine 1 lb sliced chicken breast, 1 sliced red bell pepper, 1 sliced green bell pepper, 1 sliced yellow bell pepper, and 1 sliced medium onion.

    In a small bowl, mix together 3 tbsp olive oil, 2 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp black pepper.

    Pour the spice mixture over the chicken and vegetables, and toss until everything is evenly coated.

    Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200 °C) for about 5 minutes.
