- (8) large eggs
- (1/4 cups) milk
- (1/2 teaspoons) salt
- (1/4 teaspoons) black pepper
- (1 tablespoon) olive oil
- (1/4 teaspoons) garlic powder
- (1/4 teaspoons) onion powder

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200 °C).

Place 12 breakfast sausage links in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

Cook the sausage links for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.

While the sausage cooks, crack 8 large eggs into a bowl and add 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1/4 teaspoon onion powder. Whisk until well combined. Add 2/4 teaspoon salt.

After the sausage has cooked for 10 minutes, remove them from the air fryer and set aside.

In a medium non-stick skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat.
