- (1 teaspoon) onion powder

- (1 teaspoon) dried thyme
- (1 teaspoon) dried rosemary

- (1/4 teaspoons) black pepper
- (2 tablespoons) fresh parsley, chopped

Wash and scrub 4 medium potatoes. Cut them into 1-inch cubes.

In a large bowl, combine the potato cubes with 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon dried thyme, 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200 °C) for 5 minutes.

Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 400°F (200 °C) for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

After 15 minutes, check for doneness. If they need more crispiness, continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes.

Once cooked, remove the potatoes from the air fryer and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped. Serve immediately.
